Paying on the website costs less. When the iPhone and iPad app comes out, subscribing in it will cost $64.99 a month or $599.99 a year, because the App Store keeps a share. It’s the same Futavel either way.
Automatic renewal: your subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. When it ends, your payment method is charged the plan’s price, plus applicable sales tax, and again every month or year until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings, Subscription, Manage or cancel, before the next charge, to stop it. See the Terms of Use.

Questions about paying
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
You choose a plan and give a card when you start. If you don’t cancel before the 7 days are up, the card is charged $49.99 a month or $499.99 a year, plus applicable sales tax, and renews automatically until you cancel. The free trial comes once.
How do I cancel?
In Futavel, go to Settings, then Subscription, then Manage or cancel. You can do it yourself anytime, or email us and we’ll do it for you. You keep access until the end of the time you’ve paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Is there a contract?
No. It runs month to month or year to year until you cancel.
Does it cost more as my team grows?
No. The price covers your whole team, up to 500 people at a location.
How do added locations work?
Your plan includes your first location. Each one after that is $35 a month, plus applicable sales tax, charged to the same card, with no free trial. The first time, you confirm it on Stripe’s secure page. After that, each one you add is charged right away for what’s left of the month, then monthly. Remove a location and your next bill goes down.
What happens if I stop paying?
Futavel pauses for your team and nothing is deleted. Pay again, and everything is back where you left it. If you stop paying for an added location, your oldest locations stay on and your newest ones pause.
Do you give refunds?
Payments already made aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it. You can cancel before the next charge at any time.
Is tax included?
No. Sales tax is added where the law requires it, based on your billing address, and shown before you pay.
Who handles my card?
Stripe, our payment processor, on its own secure page. Futavel never sees or stores your card number.

The App Store keeps a share of what’s paid through it. When the iPhone and iPad app comes out, subscribing in it costs $64.99 a month or $599.99 a year, charged to your Apple Account. Either way you get the same Futavel, and your subscription works everywhere you sign in with that account.
